If you changed your Pakistani mobile number without updating it on BetPro first, you will need to contact our support team directly. They will verify your identity using alternative means — typically your CNIC number and answers to account security questions. Once verified, they can update your registered mobile number so that OTPs are delivered to your new number going forward. This process typically takes under an hour. To avoid this situation in future, always update your contact details in account settings before changing your mobile number.

Yes. Tick the "Remember me on this device" checkbox when you log in and BetPro will keep you signed in on that device, so you do not need to re-enter your credentials every time. For security reasons, BetPro will still ask you to re-authenticate if you log in from a new device or browser, after a long period of inactivity, or when processing a withdrawal request. If you are logging in from a shared or public device, do not tick "Remember me" and always log out when you are finished.

Act immediately. If you can still access your account, change your password right away in account settings.
