BetPro Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights as a Player

By accessing BetPro through any device — mobile phone, tablet or desktop computer — and by creating an account or using any part of the platform, you are entering into a binding agreement with BetPro and confirming your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These terms apply to all products and services offered by BetPro including but not limited to cricket betting, virtual sports, online casino, card games, Andar Bahar, Aviator and all other game categories present on the platform now or in the future. They also apply to all transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and any bonus or promotional offer you participate in.

BetPro's Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Player and BetPro. In the event of any conflict between these documents, the Terms and Conditions take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To register a BetPro account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. BetPro reserves the right to request documentary verification of any of these conditions at any time, including after an account has been open for a period of time.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. BetPro strictly prohibits the use of the platform by minors. Age verification documents may be requested at any point.
• Location: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using BetPro is permitted under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of BetPro is lawful in your location.
• One Account: Each individual person may hold only one BetPro account. Accounts are not transferable and may not be operated on behalf of another person.
• Accurate Information: All registration information provided to BetPro must be accurate, truthful and up to date. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Not Previously Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or cooling-off period, either applied through BetPro or through any national or third-party responsible gaming register that BetPro participates in.

Your BetPro account is personal to you and you are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. This includes all bets placed, all transactions made and all communications sent through your account.

• Keep your password confidential at all times. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. BetPro strongly recommends this as an additional layer of account protection.
• Notify BetPro support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission.
• Keep your registered contact information — mobile number and email address — accurate and current so that BetPro can reach you regarding account activity, promotions and important notices.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any device you use to access BetPro is secure and free from malicious software that could compromise your account.

BetPro will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access was the result of your failure to maintain adequate account security practices.

All financial transactions at BetPro are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). BetPro does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals for the standard payment methods listed below. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees which are outside BetPro's control.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. BetPro reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documentation before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement.

Funds deposited into your BetPro account must be used for gaming. Deposits made with no subsequent gaming activity may be flagged for review in line with BetPro's anti-money laundering obligations.

All bets and game participation at BetPro are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product. These rules are displayed within each game and betting section of the platform. In the event of any discrepancy between these general Terms and Conditions and a specific product's rules, the product-specific rules prevail for matters directly related to that product.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is not confirmed until BetPro's server has accepted and registered it. Visual confirmation on screen does not constitute a confirmed bet if the server has not registered the transaction.
• Obvious Errors: BetPro reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or game parameters that were clearly the result of a system error, pricing error or technical fault. In such cases the stake will be returned to the player.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed within each game and betting market. These limits may vary by game type, table and player account tier.
• In-Play Betting: In-play cricket and sports bets are accepted at BetPro's discretion. BetPro may suspend in-play markets at any time. Bets already accepted before a suspension will be honoured in accordance with the applicable event rules.
• Abandoned Events: If a sports event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled after betting has opened, BetPro will apply the rules specified within that event's betting terms, which may include voiding bets and returning stakes.
• Game Disconnection: In the event of a connection interruption during a casino game or Aviator round, the outcome is determined by BetPro's server records. In the event of a genuine technical failure on BetPro's side, affected bets will be settled in the player's favour where possible.

BetPro regularly offers bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds and other promotional incentives to registered players. Participation in any promotion is always voluntary, and each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your BetPro account and are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds and time limits for each bonus are specified in the promotion's individual terms and must be read carefully before opting in.
• One welcome bonus per player, per household and per device. BetPro reserves the right to cancel bonus offers if evidence of abuse, multiple account exploitation or coordinated bonus farming is identified.
• BetPro reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited and actively being wagered will be honoured under the original terms.
• Bonus funds and real funds are treated separately in the account balance. Real funds are always used before bonus funds unless the Player manually selects otherwise.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the BetPro platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning and possible legal action where appropriate. Any funds associated with prohibited activity are subject to forfeiture.

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in poker, card games or any multiplayer casino format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts simultaneously or sequentially to exploit bonuses or bypass account restrictions.
• Systematic matched betting or arbitrage strategies that exploit promotional offers in a manner that removes the intended element of risk.
• Attempting to access BetPro systems, databases or source code without authorisation.
• Providing false identity documents, fraudulent payment details or misleading information during account verification.

BetPro reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion if there are reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms and Conditions, applicable law, or has engaged in any conduct that BetPro considers harmful to the platform or its players.

If your account is suspended, BetPro will notify you via your registered email address and provide a reason for the action where permitted to do so. If the suspension follows an investigation and no violation is confirmed, any funds withheld during the suspension period will be restored in full.

Players may close their own BetPro account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to the player via their preferred withdrawal method after identity verification is completed. Bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited upon account closure.

BetPro is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe environment for all players. The platform offers a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, available from account settings at any time.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your BetPro account to control how much you can add to your balance in a given period. Increases take 24 hours to apply. Reductions apply immediately.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period. Once reached, BetPro will automatically prevent further betting until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to remind you how long you have been active on BetPro during a single session.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break from BetPro for a defined period — from 24 hours to several weeks — without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from BetPro. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the period selected and prevents all access to your account, including withdrawals of any remaining bonus funds.

This content is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

As a registered player you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the BetPro platform solely for your personal entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit or create derivative works from any BetPro content without express written permission from BetPro.

Third-party game providers whose products appear on BetPro retain all intellectual property rights in their respective games, game mechanics and associated assets. BetPro operates those games under licence and is not the original developer.

BetPro operates its platform with the aim of providing a consistently available, secure and fair gaming environment. However, BetPro cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and shall not be held liable for losses arising from technical downtime, internet connectivity issues, third-party service failures or events beyond its reasonable control.

• BetPro's total liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of that player's account balance at the time the claim arose.
• BetPro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• BetPro does not guarantee that any game will be available at all times and accepts no liability for losses caused by game unavailability where that unavailability is outside BetPro's control.
• Betting and gaming inherently involves the risk of financial loss. By using BetPro you acknowledge and accept that risk. BetPro is not responsible for the outcome of any individual bet or game session.

BetPro reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect on the date specified in the updated terms, which will always be clearly indicated at the top of this page.

For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, BetPro will provide advance notification via the registered email address or through an in-platform notification. For minor or clarifying changes, the updated terms will be published on this page without separate notice.

If you disagree with any updated terms, you should stop using BetPro and may close your account by contacting our support team. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
