BetPro does not collect sensitive personal data such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health data or biometric data unless specifically required for identity verification purposes under our anti-money laundering obligations, in which case the purpose and legal basis will be clearly communicated to you.
BetPro uses the personal data it collects only for specific, clearly defined purposes. We do not use your data for purposes beyond those listed here without seeking fresh consent or establishing a new lawful basis for processing.

- Marketing Communications: To send you relevant promotional offers and platform updates, where you have opted in to receive marketing communications. You may opt out at any time via account settings or by contacting support.
BetPro processes personal data only where there is a valid legal basis for doing so. The legal basis applicable to each processing purpose is as follows:
- Contract Performance: Processing necessary to deliver the services you have contracted for — account creation, game access, payment processing and customer support.

- KYC Documents: Retained for the duration of your account and for five years after account closure. Original documents are securely deleted at the end of the retention period.
- Support Communications: Retained for three years from the date of the interaction, unless the communication relates to a dispute or legal claim in which case it is retained for the duration of that matter.
- Analytics Data: Anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be linked back to individual players.
When data reaches the end of its retention period, BetPro securely deletes or anonymises it in a manner that prevents reconstruction of the original personal information.
